Online Dispute Resolution for Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in Europe, please be informed that the European Commission has created an online platform for alternative dispute resolution. This tool allows European consumers to resolve disputes related to contracts for the sale of goods and services made online without going to court. If you are a European consumer, you can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from your online purchase with Offcustom.

Payments
To ensure secure online transactions, Offcustom uses the PayPal payment platform, which allows payments via PayPal account or credit card. Please note that we do not store your sensitive credit card data in any way. Alternatively, you can make a payment via bank transfer. In both cases, you will receive an email with all the necessary information to complete the transaction, and we kindly ask you to send us a confirmation of payment via email to speed up the verification process.

Warranties
All products available on Offcustom are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty, as required by Italian law. To benefit from the warranty, it is necessary to keep the invoice, intact packaging, and the ordered products. Items must be used correctly, following the instructions and technical documentation provided. If a technical inspection reveals a defect not covered by the warranty, Offcustom will charge any related verification, repair, and shipping costs.

Returns / Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private individuals and does not apply to purchases made on behalf of a company or with a VAT number.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact Offcustom by filling out the return form or sending an email to [offcustom.customers@gmail.com] within 14 days of receiving the product. You may also send a registered letter or fax to notify us of your intention to withdraw.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and with all included documentation (manuals, cables, accessories).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product arrives intact at our warehouse. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

  • Offcustom reserves the right to withhold an amount to cover restoration costs in case of damage to the original packaging.

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Limitations of Liability
The information on this site has been carefully checked and published. However, Offcustom is not liable for damages resulting from errors or omissions in the site’s content, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the final product.

Products and Usage
Items marked as "HOMOLOGATED" are approved for use on public roads. Items marked "NOT HOMOLOGATED" must be used only on closed circuits or in specific events such as fairs or exhibitions. Offcustom accepts no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect installation of products. We recommend professional installation.

Invoicing and Customer Data
For each order placed, Offcustom will issue an electronic invoice, sent via email to the order's billing contact. It is essential to provide the correct tax code or VAT number at the time of purchase, as billing information cannot be modified once the invoice is issued.

Shipping
The product availability shown is purely indicative. Offcustom reserves the right to check actual availability at the time of order and to promptly communicate any changes.

Shipping Times:

  • Italy: 7–15 business days

  • Other EU countries: 7–15 business days

  • Non-EU countries: Variable, up to 30 days or more for imported products

Liability for Delays
Offcustom shall not be liable for delays due to force majeure, such as natural events, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. In case of delays exceeding two months, either party may withdraw from the contract without compensation.

Couriers and Delivery
Deliveries within Italy are handled by BRT or SDA. For international shipments, we use UPS. Deliveries are made at street level; we do not deliver to upper floors.

Upon delivery, the customer must check that the packaging is not damaged or tampered with. Any damages must be immediately reported to the courier, specifying the reason for the claim (e.g., "damaged packaging").

Delivery Issues
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery. After two failed attempts, the package will be held in storage for 5 days, after which it will be returned to the sender.

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or the delivery is refused, the package will be returned to Offcustom, and the order will not be reshipped.
